By using Heritage Passport you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be 13+ to use Heritage Passport. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe.

2. Acceptable use

No fake check-ins, GPS spoofing, or automated scripting.
No content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes others' rights.
No impersonating heritage sites, partners, or other users.
Respect on-site rules at heritage monuments — entry restrictions, photography bans, dress codes.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of photos, voice notes, and reviews you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them within the app and on receipts you choose to share.

4. Partner listings

Partner businesses listed in the directory are operated by third parties. We don't guarantee their services. Verified status indicates we've confirmed contact details, not service quality.

5. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete yours at any time from Settings → Account.

6. Disclaimers

Heritage Passport is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of heritage information, timings, or fees. Verify with the site before travelling.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
